Meet Caitlin
Hey, I’m Caitlin, I focus on genuine human to human connection, humor, and bring down-to-earth energy into the room because real healing shouldn't feel stiff or performative. If you need to laugh or drop an F-bomb to accurately describe your week, you will feel right at home here. My goal is to strip away the clinical jargon and provide an informal, warm, and collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I blend this down-to-earth human connection with proven, evidence-based practices because clinical tools only work when you actually feel safe and understood. Data consistently shows that the therapeutic relationship is what drives real change, not rigid clinical checklists. By balancing evidenced based practices in a warm, collaborative relationship, we can focus on what actually gets you to where you want to be.
I'll offer a space that's both supportive and honest. Using evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and other integrative techniques—I tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. You'll gain practical tools, deeper insight, and gentle accountability as we work toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll focus on helping you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. As a certified yoga teacher, I also bring a holistic, mind-body perspective to therapy, recognizing that healing often involves more than just changing our thoughts, it involves understanding how our experiences are held in both the mind and body.
